Two offbeat, young-gun street lawyers join a top-notch law firm in this buddy-legal drama. Jared Franklin and Peter Bash's brash, bad-boy antics shake up the buttoned-down firm, which is headed by eccentric boss Stanton Infeld, whose shifty nephew---a corporate-climbing lawyer at the firm---is none too pleased with Franklin and Bash's unconventional methods and sets out to take the pair down.
Jared is put against his own father in court over a collectible baseball from 1988 after one member of the opposing family sues another one. Peter and Hannah work on defending a reality television star with a nasty nickname. Karp gets help on how to deal with a dirty video in court.
"Franklin & Bash" revolves around Jared Franklin and Steven Bash, two street lawyers and lifelong friends who, after taking down a white-shoe law firm in a high-profile case, are recruited by the firm's patriarch.
A family feud rages when one side sues the other over a prized home-run baseball. Jared tries to cover all the bases, but he ends up battling his own father (Beau Bridges) in the case. Meanwhile, Peter and Hanna defend a reality-TV father (Tom Arnold); and Karp and Pindar work on a top-secret project.
